    • Recommendations for clinical tests and referrals (if needed).

Hi, I’m Alina. I know firsthand how it feels to live in the grip of self-doubt, overworking, and emotional eating. For years, I chased success at the expense of my well-being - numbing myself with food, late-night drinks, and over-exercising, all while battling feelings of unworthiness.

I swung between extremes: from being obsessed with a healthy lifestyle to giving in to binges, procrastination, and self-sabotage. The cycle felt endless.

I was consumed by work and the constant drive to make things happen, always chasing more. But with each failure, I found myself losing the internal drive that had once fuelled me.

I compromised on what was truly important in life.

I bought into the belief that hustle, grind, and self-sacrifice were the only paths to success. But truthfully, they left me burned out, disconnected, lonely, and stuck in a life that didn’t align with my values - living in a city that thrived on superficial connections.

Then one day, I had a brutally honest conversation with myself. Despite the outward appearance of a great life, I had to admit it: I wasn’t happy. I wasn’t fulfilled. My health wasn’t at its peak, my social circle was sparse, and my environment no longer reflected what I truly wanted in life.

So, I took uncomfortable action.
I moved with fear into the unknown.


I dug deep to uncover the root causes of my struggles—emotional pain, unresolved trauma, misaligned values, and the limiting beliefs that kept me trapped in survival mode. My hunger for knowledge drove me to pursue various studies and qualifications, helping me truly understand how to build a thriving life from the inside out.

Today, I can honestly say I am the happiest I’ve ever been. I live in paradise, feel confident in my body, and maintain balance without restriction. My social life is rich and rewarding. I feel grounded, balanced, and at peace—a remarkable change for someone who lived their entire life with a ‘spinning mind.’
