Hi, I’m Alina, A Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health & Performance Consultant.

For years, I looked like I had it together.

High-performing. Disciplined. Driven.

But behind that?

Unstable energy. Overworking. Emotional eating. A mind that never switched off.

I wasn’t lacking knowledge.
I was stuck in patterns.

Running on stress.
Using food, work, and control to cope.
Swinging between extremes — “on track” and completely off.

And like many high-achievers, I thought the answer was to push harder.

It wasn’t.

Because what I came to understand — through both lived experience and over a decade working in clinical and high-performance environments — is this:
