By booking an appointment with Alina Dabek and accessing the website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

A pre-payment is required prior to your first Initial Consultation. If you wish to change or reschedule your appointment, please do so by providing 24hrs notice. Failure to do so will incur in full late cancellation fee charge.

Package plans payments

By signing up for one of the packages, you agree to their terms of payment.
In the event of part-payment options, you agree to settle the full amount within the deadline.
Once you choose a type of payment, discontinuance does not exempt you from making any payment due.
Packages are to be used within the allocated time frame.
