A deep, functional dive

This is not a surface-level conversation.

We assess:

  • Your relationship with food and behavioural patterns

We’re not just looking at symptoms. We’re identifying root drivers.

2. Personalised Functional Roadmap

Following your consultation, I build your bespoke strategy, based on your physiology and lifestyle.

I spend additional time outside of sessions:

  • Reviewing your full health history

  • Identifying patterns and root drivers, connecting the dots across systems

  • Applying functional & behavioural insights

So what you receive is thought-through, not templated.

  • Your plan will include:

    • Therapeutic nutrition plan with meal guidance (no rigid meal plans)

    • Lifestyle recommendations (sleep, movement, stress regulation)

    • Targeted supplement guidance (if relevant)

    • Recommendations for further testing if needed (testing not included in the package price)

You’ll also receive supporting resources and handouts if required.

3. Follow-Up Session (45-60 mins)

This is where the real work happens

Your follow-ups are not just “check-ins”.

Yes, we review progress and adjust your plan, but more importantly, we work on what’s actually keeping you stuck.

  • This may include:

    • Behavioural coaching

    • Emotional pattern work

    • Timeline Therapy™

    • Hypnosis and nervous system regulation tools

    This may feel different, especially in Mauritius, where most support ends after the session.
