This is not a surface-level conversation.
We assess:

2. Personalised Functional Roadmap
Following your consultation, I build your bespoke strategy, based on your physiology and lifestyle.
I spend additional time outside of sessions:
Reviewing your full health history
Identifying patterns and root drivers, connecting the dots across systems
Applying functional & behavioural insights
So what you receive is thought-through, not templated.
Your plan will include:
Therapeutic nutrition plan with meal guidance (no rigid meal plans)
Lifestyle recommendations (sleep, movement, stress regulation)
Targeted supplement guidance (if relevant)
Recommendations for further testing if needed (testing not included in the package price)
You’ll also receive supporting resources and handouts if required.
3. Follow-Up Session (45-60 mins)
This is where the real work happens
Your follow-ups are not just “check-ins”.
Yes, we review progress and adjust your plan, but more importantly, we work on what’s actually keeping you stuck.
